Fellow staff helped create a fun work environment. Benefits are really good.

Low level management is incompetent, only in their position through inner company promotion not skill. If threatened they will lie and do whatever it takes to get their way. Terrible relationship with employees, prefer to manage out of fear rather then respect. HR will lie to employees to the benefit of management. No confidentiality with HR, no ethical issues for company or HR as a whole.
