Great team and supportive work environment. As a Coordinator, I’ve had a really positive experience working at Insyght Interactive. Everyone is collaborative, helpful, and willing to jump in when needed. Leadership is approachable and values employee input, which makes you feel heard and appreciated. There are also great opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally. Communication across teams is strong, which helps projects run smoothly.

Like any fast-paced environment, there can be busy periods, but the team is always supportive and works together to manage workloads.

Some of the people I worked with were nice and kind.

Rina, the owner and boss of the company, is a micromanager and it was not a good experience working for her. It was stressful having any one-on-one interactions with Rina. Negative, unprofessional work environment. In the end I was not treated well and left. I know of others there who have done the same because of the negative work environment.
