But in reality this is not true- Your performance is measured against the productive hours and the company requires you to have a minimum of 80% productive hours. Company town halls, sick leave, planned time off are all counted as non productive hours. This basically means you can’t take a break from work. 2. Management only cares about timesheet that needs to be filled on a daily basis. They give more importance to that than the work itself. 3. Salary not competitive. 4.
