Benefits are really good. Some of the best I've seen
Kontras
No raises. All the people at the company are old since they lay off by least seniority. Almost zero training. No one will do anything outside of their assigned microscopic area and push with off to anyone else. Goals that don't make sense which turn into employee headaches.
