Pros
The work itself isn't bad, reasonable for what it is. The flexible hours were nice Reasonable Bonuses

Where do I begin? My first day on the job, my laptop just stopped working and the IT department took over a week to send me a new laptop, I get the new laptop and then it too breaks a few days later, and once again IT takes their time with getting out the new laptop and the 3rd one finally works consistently. That's 3 laptops in a 2 week span, not to a good start. Then the health benefits were unusually expensive for an insurance company, yes it's Bluecross/Blueshield but it's kinda hard to have it when it eats up nearly your entire paycheck. The real issue I have was the manager for the team that I was on, very micromanaged, definitely was unprofessional and wishy-washy on what she wants people to do, says one thing and then does the other. The meetings were unprofessional and some of what is said in there is borderline HR type problems. Consistent cursing, talking about drinking (quite a lot for a team meeting), and playing games that included sexual content and NSFW type of stuff. It's really disappointed when you have a manager that doesn't really manage, just a matter of do you get along with them or not. Very cliquey and unprofessional.
