Pros
Overall good employment experience, although training was minimal the trainer was indeed diligent and encouraging. Good benefits, and reasonable paid time off plan.
Kontras
Lack of consistency in what the leadership wants. I would be told one thing, and it would mean another. I was told I was doing well and to keep doing what I was doing only to be told out of no where.... that I am being let go to due to overall business slow down. I would have taken that at face value and left it at that I understand that layoffs are inevitable. However I later found out I was later replaced with a new person the very next business day. - Clearly my separation was something somewhat personal because I inquired the nature of my separation whether or not if it was a flat out termination due to something of my fault or a textbook lay-off (no fault of my own). I was informed that it was a Layoff due to slow business. That was clearly not the case because I was immediately replaced. Typically most layoffs do not result in replacements or the refilling of the positions until much later, generally after they had the chance to re-evaluate the business budgetary needs. Long story short this whole ordeal was very suspect and improper. I was never written up nor was I ever suspended, no record of disciplinary action whatsoever. They just wanted me gone and swept under the rug with no fuss - Sad day in Corporate America when employment decisions of involuntary separation can based off personal reasons instead of sound business reasons.
