The product has unbelievable product-market fit. Customers love it, and it actually delivers real ROI to the user. Comp is strong and clear. If you perform, you’ll do great here. Leadership is transparent, targets are doable, and there’s real opportunity to grow with the company.

I don't have much for cons. Being in sales, you can spot a bad working environment with unrealistic quotas from a mile away. Instrumentl has been the opposite of that, and the company is growing rapidly.
