Work you like a dog, even if you are working a roster they won't give you the full rnr as you are only contracted to get weekends off. Pay was well below market rate, especially when casuals would come in on shut-downs and be more than 25% above you. Worked more hours than I would have on a 2/1 roster yet never got more than 3 days off in a row if I didn't book annual leave.
