If you're a finisher and you don't mind putting the work in, the recognition and opportunity in this company has no limit. Compensation is fair and Senior Leadership makes it a point to make sure things like merit increases keep pace with inflation. Very forward-minded when it comes to remote work. Long hours, but that's to be expected. Pressure can ratchet up on high-priority initiatives. This is a company that gets things done, so you have to have a tough skin when you fall short. This is a hard company to learn, so you have to work through impostor syndrome a lot. Can't get in your own head too much!!!
