Pros
The work culture here is simply amazing. You're allowed to wear casuals to work, there's some great snacks you can help yourself to, and flexible work hours as well; as long as you're getting your stuff done. Like most start-ups, you will be given a whole lot of opportunities to prove yourself. You get to take part in many different tasks and be a part of every team, all you need to do is take the initiative. Hard work will be recognised and rewarded, but at the same time if your work doesn't meet expectations, be prepared to hear some really honest feedback and criticism. You'll have a lot of driven and talented colleagues, from all over the country and so there's a lot of diversity. But you’ll still feel at home over here, and there’s a lot you can learn from everyone. To summarise, it's a great place to work at and you have that feeling that this is one of those start-ups with a very bright future ahead.
