Hence, you spend more time in the office. 6: Long Work Hours: We have to complete something around 9.5hrs and also work for one Saturday every month. 7. No work life balance: Long hours lead to no work life balance. 8. Ever changing policies: Rules and Regulations are made and broken depending upon the wish of Founders. 9. Bond: A fresher has to sing a bond of 2 years and submit the original Univesity certificates. 10. Bad Vibes: Many colleagues had left without any notice and many are not at all happy to be there.
