Pros

I have over 27 years of international customer service experience and nowhere have I found such an amazing and inspiring environment to be a part of. The work/life balance is encouraged and I leave work every day inspired. I can honestly say I don't mind Mondays. WE have a lot of fun but work our butts off at the same time... and that's cause we want to support our customers and encourage each other to be our best selves.

Kontras

We lack the space to fully spread our wings without over lapping on our departmental neighbors. I reference noise more then physical space. Also, our space does not allow for a large meeting setting or for departments to relocate within the space as processes change. (On a side note: We are moving locations to an awesome wide open space in June).

Hey, thanks for the killer review! I really do believe that we have the best team in the Triangle and I thank you for being a part of it. In regard to the space, hopefully our new space has provided some "wing spreading" ability. We are definitely benefitting from more space for company meetings as well as private spaces for head down work. Thank for the patience throughout the move and if you feel as if there is something you need to make the space work for you better, please let us know.

Culture, Team, Core Values, support from management, and the opportunity for growth. I would highly recommend being a part of this team.

This company gives you the resources to get the job done, it cares about the well-being of their employees and I find it difficult to find cons.

Pros

A group of A players that share common core values. Use EOS to manage the business, ensure everyone is working towards common goals, and quickly identify and solve issues. The best culture I've ever worked in. We are expected to try new things, fail quickly and improve. Tremendous focus on solving our customers' problems.

Kontras

We are a bootstrapped company. Being customer funded means we can only focus on so much at one time. There's a lot we want to do. Prioritizing and getting the most important things done 1st is very important.
