There is a clear lack of communication and no genuine willingness to hear an employee’s side. Decisions are taken unilaterally without discussion or clarification, and HR fails to act as a neutral or supportive bridge between employees and management. Professionalism and empathy toward employees are largely missing, making job security feel unreliable and uncertain. I would strongly advise future employees to think carefully before joining and to ensure they are comfortable working in such an environment.
