Pros
My coworkers - The company is filled with intelligent, creative, and hardworking people. It's apparent from Day 1, that the people who are successful here work hard for themselves (they are naturally driven), for their team (they build others up, and they're quick to offer help), and for the company (they know they are a part of building something big).
Access to upper management - I personally know and have spent time with everyone in the company regardless of their title.
Company Culture - We make it a priority to get to know each other. There's at least one social event a month. Everyone is inclusive.
We celebrate wins - These could be big celebrations or they could be small celebrations. They could be company celebrations or they could be individual celebrations. They could be career related celebrations (for example - workiversaries) or just general life celebrations (birthdays, bridal showers, etc.). If you're motivated by awards and rewards, you'll really enjoy this aspect of the company.
Kontras
You will not be happy here: if you're driven mostly by money, if you're uncomfortable with change, or if you expect 9-5 hours. There are days when half of the company is at the office past 7. But there are also days when most of the company leaves before 5. It just depends. We're also making transitions constantly. Every two weeks there's a new face in the office or a new process put in place or a new role responsibility, etc. Some people thrive off of change, and some people really dislike it. You just have to know what type of person you are, and then take this into consideration when applying here.
