The biggest con is that the product is not really a product, it's a mere feature. This was a great idea 5-6 years ago. Since leaving I've seen how good other options are and I couldn't recommend the product at this point. Second is the company hit a huge downturn because of the decisions made by the current executive and mid-level management team, yet most of them survived the layoffs. It's hard to be enthusiastic about a company's future when loyalty matters more than putting the right people in the right seats. It seemed like there was more attention paid to the beers on tap than on building the company, which is the downside to the culture the company has.
