      Management is excellent as they are mentors and strong leaders, positive work environment, Management assists you and helps you to become more successful, family feel to the environment.

      They order lunch a lot for the employees

      Pretty much everything and anything else you can think of. Extremely poor management. No leadership and a true lack of experience in their field. The communication between employees is also lacking. The staff seemed more concerned about what to order for lunch than their jobs. If you are looking for a career, I would run not walk away from this place.

However we would like to highlight integral business tools that we use to ensure that Insight Vacations is a place where staff are heard and can develop, all whilst providing an excellent service to our Guests. Insight Vacations uses the full spectrum of Office 365 functionality, including Yammer and Skype for Business. Furthermore we offer all our staff training opportunities.
