-managers don't know how to manage -extremely disorganized with many last minute changes to schedule -long hours -pay not great -clauses in employment contract that are in the best interest of the employer -unprofessionalism Beware of this company!!! They let go of employees well before the end of their contract for absolutely no reason. Insight will present you with waiver and pay you not to sue them if you sign it. You must watch your pay cheque carefully as this company will cheat you money. I agreed to be paid on a daily rate and the company tried to pay me less than the amount stated in the contract. Also, Insight does nothing to promote diversity in the workplace. Top management positions are all occupied by Caucasians. There is a reason why Insight is currently under a class action lawsuit.
