      Pros

      Snacks were generally well-supplied. Technically allowed to spend a decent amount of time not working.

      Kontras

      Forced to stop people from cancelling poor service. Many customers tricked by salesmen into buying pest control with monthly charges, with no way out of contract except a fee larger than staying in it. Calls are monitored, with stern talking-to's if you aren't scummy enough. The boss takes all of the money, and likes gloating about how much he's screwing over his workers behind their backs.

      The pay is ok for the area

      Kontras

      They don't communicate expectations, important info, or scheduling changes, and blame the employees if they dont find that information themselves. The manager is condescending, passive-aggressive, and unreasonable. Kinda feels like she's on a power trip. I've had 11 managers throughout the jobs I've had and she is the worst by an unbelievable margin. Disorganized workplace, scammy practices, zero desire to help customers, all around just not a good job.
