      Pros

      Insight has a very friendly and welcoming environment. There is plenty of room for advancement if you are a hard worker. Pay is competitive and bonuses are not hard to achieve. If you are hardworking and stay away from drama, you will have a secure place to work. I consider most of the people I work with very close friends instead of just co-workers. In addition to this, the owner is one of the kindest and most humble people you could ever hope to meet, and I am proud to call him a friend.

      We have people that work here that are not Carolina Panther fans. I am slowly trying to convert them, but some people just don't have sense.

      The pay is ok for the area

      They don't communicate expectations, important info, or scheduling changes, and blame the employees if they dont find that information themselves. The manager is condescending, passive-aggressive, and unreasonable. Kinda feels like she's on a power trip. I've had 11 managers throughout the jobs I've had and she is the worst by an unbelievable margin. Disorganized workplace, scammy practices, zero desire to help customers, all around just not a good job.
