- Incredibly consistent testing turnaround times and adaptive troubleshooting when necessary to mitigate any potential issues with testing and/or reporting results to patients
- Our genetic counselors are some of the best in the business, they deserve endless credit
- Great network of supporting labs, practices, and physicians with which we maintain healthy relationships
Kontras
- Management has, at best, poor communication and, at worst, confusing decision-making skills that lead to frustration and anxiety for employees in regards to future business goals/growth, work from home policies, and the health of company culture
- Too many decisions seem to be dictated by the board, who seem to have no experience in clinical testing/healthcare
- No clear direction for labs, as funding decreases with same expectations for testing
