Office attendance monitored like its 2000’s 4 days a week in office from 2027 with no flexibility if this impacts existing family arrangements - Don’t like it then leave mentality. Remove the ability to purchase extra holidays. All systems going to parent company, expect insight to become a brand rather than an independent boutique.
