Small company, Benefits could be better

Generally, everyone in the office was very smart and came from a variety of backgrounds. The collective amount of analytical power was astounding. My time at Insight was very educational, and I left inspired to improve.

For a firm with less than 30 people, all of whom were intelligent, there was a surprising amount of childish politics. People would talk behind each others' backs, which resulted in fragmented trust. Problems were tucked under the rug; passive aggressiveness domineered communication streams.
