Where to start? Terrible health costs and plan, complete lack of ownership of problems, confusing and bad communication, little understanding of the work I do, swapping out one incompetent manager for another. I will not work with IG again, and neither will many of the people I work with daily once their contract ends. It's humorous watching the IG folks, when problems arise, fall over each other trying to blame someone else. Expect you will get pretty much zero communications from them, and that they will have zero understanding of what you do. As long as money flows to them, they're good. If they do communicate something to you, expect a few rounds of questions before they get it right. When I negotiated a raise with the company I am working with, the IG person took full credit for it, saying they had worked hard to get it for me. They did nothing, and it's pathetic they tried to look like they did something. The only thing keeping me from leaving is that I really like where I am right now and the people there. If that wasn't the case, I would be gone in a shot.
