      Great mentorship, corporate does care about your development, good place to start your career

      High stress environment, expect to cold call and recruit. Numbers can be hard to hit Ian’s there is always pressure to do more. Not for the faint of heart but worth it if you can make it through

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
