      Pros

      Great management and strong communication. The compensation is very fair, and this position has truly given me the opportunity to express myself and grow as a software engineer. I’ve been able to evolve both technically and professionally thanks to the supportive environment.

      Kontras

      Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. If I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be to offer a bit more vacation time.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Kontras

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
