Bad management and bad pay - Inside Sales Associate bei Insight: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management is really poor, speak down to you constantly and no consistency- can’t do right from wrong! No good training for new starts/ Thrown into the job with little training and guidance. People from different departments are constantly rude and passive aggressive in how they speak to people but when flagged with management, just told to ignore it.. No incentives to be in office. Pay is really low. No room for progression - not enough team leader roles. Everyone in the sales support teams tend to be paid the same even though some people have much higher work load and so there is no incentive to stay long term.
