Leasing department lacks common sense practices. Their job is a joke, they’re just over paid (actually underpaid) filing specialist. The managers walk around with crumbs on their clothes and constantly wanting to talk about reality shows with anyone. The CEO has a bible in the office and constantly talks about how grateful we should be to God and has no problem yelling and cursing at people when things don’t go his way. This was by far the most outdated department I had ever worked for. Managers are too busy being on their cell phones that they don’t notice workers taking extended lunch breaks without clocking out. Very few coworkers that were hard working and of course no one recognizes them. The company might be growing but their process are very old.
