The culture is open and collaborative, upper management is open to suggestions and really values each employees unique contribution at all levels of the organization. The teams are interactive and people relate to each other with respect. Continuous development of skills both technical and leadership qualities are encouraged. Great place to work.

Traffic in every direction is bad.

Pros

Decent pay, most people on the team were nice, really nice product, flexible work schedule as long as you got your work done and weren't traveling. Big name clients, looks good on a resume.

Kontras

High work load, like high, slammed all the time. Working late and around the clock was praised. Managers don't have good idea of resource leveling and management. Leadership generally was out of touch. Furniture industry itself was quite unstable. Lots of layoffs and felt unstable like your job could be taken at anytime.
