I been doing telemarketing for many years. The best part of this job is the leads that come in are top rated. The system here is designed to allow the telemarketers a chance to get good leads in abundance, which equals very decent commission checks. Over the past 15 years I have worked at more telemarketing places then i can count, the data has ranged from decent to horrible. Here at insideup the management understands the value of what the telemarketers do and have innovated ways to make the calls very warm this in the end makes for very interested people we send to the vendors. Makes the day go by without all the stress that's at a normal telemarketing job.
They have flexible hours, which is a big plus for me as I usually have a few jobs and need a flexible scheduled.

Holidays are not paid. Its a small company so are resources are limited and when we are low on leads the management gets on you to produce, but this is normal at any telemarketing job.
