I spent a year working for Inseev and began when the agency had just over 20 people on staff. By the time I left a year later, the company grew to over 50. This is inextricably linked (no pun intended) to the leadership team’s ability to provide expert strategy & execution, but its also linked to their ability to attract, teach and groom the staff of each department to operate at a high level. Inseev recruits young, hungry people who are eager to learn, and learn quickly. Those who perform are rewarded as such, but those who seemingly fall behind are provided with proper coaching/guidance to understand the shifting landscape of digital marketing & SEO. The number of large brands onboarded both during, and after, my tenure is indicative of their expertise and culture. Moreover, the knowledge and expertise I gained from my team, and leadership on the whole, gave me the tools to take the next step in my career.
