Poor leadership- no vision or direction. Who does the company want to be? Engineering/development resources are thin CYA mentality Horrible communication from the top down- particularly marketing, sales, and product. Who is running the ship? Sales divisions are in conflict. Sales leadership either doesn't care or doesn't know what to do. No accountability for the product team. They can't get good working gear out the door. Supply chain is an issue, but it would matter here. Small company that should be nimble, but no one makes decisions, so things just linger.
