- Disgusting management on all levels. Every single manage you encounter will do everything he/she can to save their all job. Most of them does have basic decency of human being. - the CEO is extremely aggressive in financial engineering, but quickly you will find out he has absolutely no idea what each product does, how they are built, what it takes to built them. Most of time, he has no idea what he is talking about. - VP's of this company are technically unqualified and completely lack leadership skills. They can't tell technical levels of engineers, they keeps on hiring engineers (low skilled talkers who are full of themselves). Most of the time, Loyalty is single most important criteria in hiring. Inphi's disgusting management team really stands out in this industry. - For most talented people who actually work extremely hard to execute, they are treated as dirt. The manage will say anything (absolutely anything) to keep you there, to make you work. At the end of the day, you find out they are all lies, and you have this bitter taste in you mouth of being used for nothing. -Extremely toxic culture/work environment. Everybody is fighting with everyone across all levels, all the sites, all different functional teams. This infight is really encouraged by the actions of the management.
