If you are coming from MNC or professionally managed company; my advise is not to join this company because it is not worth for you. HR department works to bring you in the company with lots of wrong info about this company basically this is a proprietor based company where no one have any authority. check these points with HR before taking any decision and you will come to know yourself 1. Ask for notice period during probation and after confirmation. it is 3 days in probation i.e. you can be terminated anytime if you are not a performer and three months without option of buyback i.e. you have to compulsory serve notice period. these are not a sign of professional company 2. Vendors are running after this company for payments including employees who have left this company i.e. they will not give salary for notice period. 3. NO employee benefits except mediclaim and PA 4. attrition rate is very high. 5. HR will give you a picture which is like heaven but actually they are trying to trap you. 6. High frequency of change in top management

No standard operating procedure, still backward in way of working - lots of running after upper management to take signatures & do stupid paper-work, things that are usually automated in all other companies stay unautomated & disorganized here, they also follow some shady practices, salary is delayed, HR department issue notices of casual leave cancellation & saturdays working out of the blue, no proper management, almost everything is shelfed till the deadline approaches, IT department solves nothing, lack of clarity in work, very disorganized group & style of working, salary is delayed by almost a month (and that's a deliberate practice here).
