      Pros

      Upper management is very nice and treats everyone with respect for the most part, and everyone there is easy to work with. Pay-scale is great too. I felt motivated to help people anyway I could.

      Other contract workers/post-contract workers I worked with during my time there stated they had been on contract for at least two or three years before being hired on permanent, that made my stomach churn to say the least. Acquisitions over the years also apparently fueled a high-turnover rate. Always felt in the dark, and never felt like I was given the chance to use my skillset to full capacity.

      Inovar has built a good culture. They care about their employees and will work with you if things come up.

      I genuinely enjoy working at Inovar Packaging Group—the people here are fantastic, collaborative, and supportive.

      That said, the overall culture is starting to feel more corporate, which can sometimes take away from the close-knit atmosphere we used to have. Still, it's a solid company with good people.
