Pros
There are a lot of people that really want to make a difference. The product is interesting and high in complexity and its hard to not find a fit for those that really want to work and do something important.
Kontras
Compensation is lower than average despite management saying that it is competitive. They also aren't very transparent with their wage bands. The departments are all disconnected as well with engineering, quality and production not really on the same page it seems.
