If you get a good territory then you will make incredible money. In addition, expect a promotion within 3-9 months. You’ll find a trend where most of the reps crushing quota month after month getting promotions have incredible territories, but only make 5-15 dials a day. Many managers genuinely care about their reps, and a lot of your colleagues here are genuinely good people.

Adversely, should you not have a great territory then expect to only last 6-12 months. If you make it to January when territories shift then pray you get a better one. Otherwise, your chances are slim as quotas are unreasonable based on lack of marketing support. Despite poor marketing efforts no relief has been provided by upper management. Expect your technology/security to turn off, or log you out for an X amount of time each day impacting productivity.
