-pay is not as competitive especially with increasing rates of inflation and cost of living around the area
-clinical ladder is very clunky and require lots of steps
-not enough staffing (nurse shortage), inova does not like to implement travelers so workload is increasing but no competitive pay or compensation
-"bonuses" in the form of snacks, food, and items that may or may not help you such as water bottles, shirt, umbrella
-traffic is horrendous, they took away the option to work 4x 10 hours/1 remote, when some of the in clinic can be remotely managed especially with no patient days
