Friendly environment and a direct leader that doesn't micromanage. Benefits are typical but can get significant discount on health insurance by participating in wellness activities.

Pay is not to market although compensation dept. claims to do annual surveys. Directors/Managers are bonus eligible but metrics set to unachievable levels in most cases. Tuition benefits are low for those that want to further their education unless you are a nurse. They should be equal to all. Cash balance plan canceled for all employees rather than just those that entered the organization on January 1, 2015. 401K match is low. Little opportunity to grow within organization.
