      Pros

      Very Friendly, even my own boss is super friendly. Less Corporate than most software companies. The lead engineer and owner are in a band together! They play some awesome live shows. Chrismas parties they rent out the Matterhorn for the night, and you get 2.5 PTO Bonus Days.

      Some of the technology is outdated, but that's true with most software jobs.
