It may just be my contract, but PTO and paid holidays would be nice

Her efforts, even during times when the company wasn’t actively hiring, made a meaningful difference and helped me feel valued. Overall, Innovien Solutions stands out for their genuine care for employees and their commitment to professional growth. Highly recommend!

My only negative experience was waiting years for the contract to become a conversion with the client. However, that was no fault on Innovien and more so with the client and budgetary constraints.
