My experience working under the Head was deeply disappointing and stressful. The leadership style was aggressive, fear-driven, and demoralizing. Feedback was often delivered through shouting or public humiliation rather than constructive dialogue. Communication frequently involved threats of termination, which created a toxic atmosphere across the team. There was little to no psychological safety. Mistakes were met with hostility, and team members were often belittled regardless of effort or performance. Talented professionals need supportive, respectful leadership to thrive, unfortunately, that was severely lacking in this department. The CEO too doesn't intervene and change the environment, too busy saving costs.
