Pros
The only real positive I can think of is that I had a job for a while.
Kontras
The company does not provide any real benefits or resources for learning and development. Promotions and good projects seem to go only to a small group of favorites, while the rest of us are stuck with repetitive execution work and no opportunities to grow. Career growth depends more on pleasing your manager than on actual performance or skills, and managers themselves focus on impressing their own higher-ups. This creates a toxic environment that discourages fresh ideas. HR is slow to act and doesn’t seem interested in resolving employee concerns. It often feels like they find the workload too much to handle. The workplace is disorganized, and senior leadership seems disconnected from the realities employees face every day. There is no clear strategy to develop talent or retain good people. Many middle and senior managers quit within a few months of joining, which contributes to instability. The leadership style is rigid, with a “do it my way or you’re out” mindset that drives even more people to leave.
