No pros so far,get the salary on time

Employees are working like slaves,they don't know thow to develop the software applications. They don't have any agile or any process to develop application.now they changed the company because of bad reviews. If you get any interview or offer letter please don't join that company. They don't believe any employees, company has there own rules and regulations of each employees. If they like any employee they will give the any type of leave. Some employees will get work from home or any leave because of their small work. They will not give visa for 6 months they will evaluate the employees first because mentioned already they don't believe anyone.very worst projects.very toxic environment very unprofessional treatment. My humble request to don't join this company.

Salary credited on time or before time.

Still, the company thinks slavery is common. Shouting at employees is quite common there, if you want to stay, you must do adopt it. They make people to come on weekend or give some extra works that they won't be able to leave early. You must go early to office, but you can't on time and even after time, if you do, you are added on a people list who don't care about company. No salary increment, until you give resignation.
