Lots of lackadaisical team members and managers, some managers are just plain lazy and don't know what they are doing half the time, and others you can never tell if they are happy or ticked off or if they are mad at you if you haven't done anything wrong. They pile more and more work on you and you aren't properly compensated for the 5+ jobs you are doing. Micromanaging is the name of the game, and the good employees get overworked and are expected to do more, while the lazy and crappy employees never get reprimanded and are allowed to continue to be lazy and get praised for doing a great job. No one is held accountable personally, the whole team gets blamed.
