      Got along great with fellow coworkers. Decent pay.

      poor management. no communication/structure. loads work on to employees while mgmt all sits around laughing and hanging out with the warehouse workers. no training process. high turnover.

      I appreciated the management; they were very supportive. Also, I didn't have to take any work home with me.
