Great place to work, friendly environment, nice bosses - Customer Service Representative bei Innovative Vision: Mitarbeiterbewertung

More than 5 years working here, I feel like my home...Even do not get benefit (there are no any company provide benefit for call taker) but I get my bonus for sales so if I add minimum wage $14.00 + bonus = 16 to 18/hour...With no degree, where are you going to find this pay rate? When the discrepancy happened, I got the nice explanation from manager and get pay back in next payroll...Mistake happened but be corrected right away...So I do not blame them...Who does not have mistakes? Will I find the nice place like this in somewhere else???
