Pros
I felt the need to come onto Glassdoor, even whilst I still work at I.T and after seeing the poor reviews (weird as there have not been recent leavers and all the reviews have the same title and tone - maybe a disgruntled previous leaver?). I have been with the company for several years, and I genuinely hope for many more to come. Sure, there are ups and downs like with any role but the ups massively outweigh the downs. Every year the staff are treated to summer and xmas parties, our staff voices are heard, we have been able to be apart of our 3 year strategy which has been INCREDIBLE - which was not just given to us by Leadership, they got us involved and made sure we had input into the direction of the company. The people that work here are genuinely the nicest I have ever worked with. The CEO is approachable, and is one of the sweetest people.

Like I said, there are always ups and downs in any role, I genuinely cannot think of any 'cons' to working here. I have worked for many companies, one of which had an awful toxic culture and I.T certainly is not one of those.
