There is absolutely no human touch received by the management who is however, impeccably prepared, professional and knowledgeable. Be prepared to be constantly bullied over random and unimportant details by the Supervisor and beware: if he does not like you, forget about meeting any goals in this place, as sooner or later they will either unfairly dismiss you by making up stuff or force you to leave by exhaustion. I never heard a single compliment or an encouraging comment in 1 year. No help whatsoever from the HR side either when I asked for support.
