No growth opportunities: Beware to those that want to grow their expertise in this company. You will not be able to. They prefer to have people stick to whatever they are doing and instead of praising people for wanting to advance further they shut them down at every turn. Lack of sales/opportunities: There are little to no sales for services and yet that seems to be just fine as long as sales makes their quota selling software and nothing else. They instead rely on an "everybody sells" program meaning other employees/teams, not just sales team, are required to generate sales revenue. When there are no oppotunities availablethe company will lay off good employees instead of keeping them around. Low morale: With a lack of business and no where to grow within the company morale is always at a low. Instead of addressing those issues the company demands people attend company meetings which have no relevance to anyone except leadership, as well as a myriad of other pointless meetings just for the sake of meetings. Low pay/poor benefits: Salary at this company is lower than usual for the industry. They also only have 6 paid holidays which is well below the usual standards.
