They will work you tail off, promise and agree to hours, then when it comes time to pay the bill they try to renegotiate stating their dad will be mad at them. They will text you at all hours. Everything is urgent, and last minute. Poorly organized. Leadership lacks involvement. Staff fears owner. It's a very stressful crazy workload, with little to no reward. You will never get feedback on your work after meetings. Its a very dysfunctional place. They don't invest in PR or marketing - but do minimal trade shows instead.
